I blogged about it because I thought it was very ironic how women seem to be as much of a hot commodity as iPhones (although it seems that iPhones are held in higher esteem in Ukraine than women are). But I would not be surprised if these agencies are designed to scam unsuspecting foreigners. Any agency that has ads like these naturally makes me wonder if they provide undercover prostitutes.
On the other hand, there are actually a lot of agencies that legitimately match foreigners with Ukrainian hotties — for a hefty fee, yes, but without any illegal activities. Most of these agencies probably have clients who sign up for their services from their respective home countries, and not while walking around in Kiev…
