My name is Anna Ershova and I am a rising sophomore at Yale University; my prospective major is Ethics, Politics, and Economics. I am quite ethnically challenged: I am Ukrainian/Mongolian/Finnish, but I often consider myself Russian since I used to live there. Yale, however, believes I am from Hong Kong because I went to high school there (along with Germany, US, and Russia). My academic interests vary from Chinese to homoeroticism in “Dracula,” but I will concentrate on being a Russian abroad and an international at Yale in this blog. Oh, and I am totally bitten by the travel bug, so some of my posts will (hopefully) describe my traveling.
